To order online, browse through our web site and click on the thumbnail pictures to display more information and the order button. If your item has a size or color selection, simply click on the down arrow to the right of the box and make your selection from the pull down menu. After your selection is made, click on the order button. At any time during your shopping, you can click on the view basket button to see what you have in your basket. Items can be deleted from your basket prior to finalizing your order, so shop away and then you can make your final selections before processing your order. Payment for orders can be made by credit card, Paypal or money order. Use the credit card/payment selection during checkout to make your choice. If you're paying by Paypal, your invoice will be sent to when your item is ready to ship.
If you feel more comfortable ordering via phone, we can do that too. If we are away, please leave us your contact information and we will call you back.
Any item that is noted as a special order can take 2-8 weeks depending on the item and the time of year. Special orders are charged at the time that we place the order with our vendor. Cancellations and returns are subject to a restocking fee which varies depending upon the item.

Free standard shipping on all orders! This offer is valid for the 48 continental states only and does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. It also does not apply to orders shipping internationally.
standard delivery charges
Our standard method of delivery for larger items is via UPS and USPS First Class and Priority Mail for all our smaller items. At our discretion, we may change the shipping method without notice.
All in stock orders ship within 48 hours of placement of order if the item is in stock. Usually items ship within 24 hours. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified with a shipping estimate within 24 hours. Standard/ground service takes 1-8 days for shipment depending on the destination. We are not responsible for delays made by the carrier.
Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico run between $6 and $16.95, and will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. All packages 1 pound and under ship for $6 and the price increases with weight increase.
*These quotes are estimates. Most orders ship for these amounts, however, large and/or heavy packages can be higher. Also, addresses in smaller towns or towns further away from a large city are much higher for Next Day and 2nd Day orders. We will always email or call you if there is any change to the rush delivery shipping estimate.
returns & exchanges
We realize that you may need to exchange a purchase for a different size or color or simply return an item. All exchange and return requests must be made via email. Please send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your exchange/return/information. Please include the original order number if you have it or the last name of the purchaser. You will then receive an email from us with the return address.
returns: If returned within 30 days, full credit (minus our shipping expense when free shipping is obtained) can be applied to the original card. After 30 days, a store credit will be issued. .
exchanges: A flat $6 reship fee will be charged for the reship as well as any difference in price. If you are returning a more expensive item for a less expensive item, the $6 will be deducted before the remaining credit is issued. All items can be exchanged within a 30 day time period. *During the holidays, the exchange time frame is extended. All exchanges must be made prior to January 15th.
All returned articles must be in saleable condition; previously worn or used items are not returnable. Send items securely wrapped. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address.
The information above excludes damaged/defective merchandise. All defective articles will be replaced at no additional cost.
Our gift wrap is $6 and every penny worth it! We use colorful tissue and clear frosted shopper bags topped off with beautiful tulle ribbon. If provided, your gift message will be hand written on a coordinating card.
When a gift certificate is purchased it is electronically recorded through our site, and an email will be sent to the recipient. You can choose when the email is sent to them by writing in the comments on the order form with the specific date. If no date is specified, the gift certificate will be email to them within 24 hours. We can also send you a paper gift certificate so that you can give it to your gift recipient in person... great for baby showers. Please just let us know if you'd like a paper gift certificate first. The confirmation will be sent to them via email after you've given your gift certificate to them in person.
Gift certificates are redeemed by entering the coupon code in the promotional code area during checkout. Gift certificates can sometimes be purchased with special promotional offers and therefore, when a gift certificate is redeemed, it can not be combined with any other offer or discount. The free shipping on orders over $100 is still automatically applied to gift certificate purchases.
Gift certificates do not have to be used in one shopping spree. Our site will electronically record your balance, and the gift certificate code is valid until the entire balance is used.
