Each block has discrete ages on each side. Use the littlest block when baby is one week, one month and 2-5 months old. Use the bigger block from 6-11 months old, and the biggest block at 1 year, 15 -18 months, 2, 2-1/2, and 3 years old. Blocks measures 2", 2"-1/2" and 3" in size.
